Cancellation and Refund Policy

All invoices are to be paid in full prior to the commencement of your appointment. Payment plans can be arranged during your consultation if requested.

For the Client re-scheduling greater than 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, an administrative re-schedule fee of $50 will be charged.

For the Client re-scheduling within 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, an administrative re-schedule fee of $100 will be charged.

For the Client cancelling greater than 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.

For the Client cancelling within 7 days prior to the agreed appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining Service fee will be charged.

Gift vouchers are to be redeemed or scheduled within three (3) months of the purchase date. A refund will not be issued for failure to redeem within the given time period.
